The service part on the car was fine but calling in to see what was going on I was put on hold for 15 minuets while on break at work. Then when I arrived i waited for 5-7 min while the lady stapled some papers together and talked to coworkers about non work related topics then she helped me
The service department is exceptional at Bonander! I would never consider going anywhere else. They are always extremely friendly, thoughtful and genuinely concerned for my concerns. I always receive a level of service I have yet to experience anywhere else. They should know their service department is second to none.
I took my vehicle in for a recall and it is occasionally still has the same problem. I was told GMC does not know how to fix the problem of the "shift to park" sign that comes on when I go to turn off my car and shift it to park, I then have to restart the car and reshift the lever to have the notifcation sign to go off. Before they tried to fix it..I was having to restart my car 2-6 times before the sign would turn off.

The Dealership and Service Dept. are Excellent. The Service Dept's managers: Mr. Johnatan Tagge and Mr. Silva are always so kind, helpful and on top of everything. They are always so busy and sometimes could use more help. I recently had to have my new 2017 Envision in the shop for one month. Due to GM. not having the part!!!! They kept me posted at all times. Matt Bonander also helped us and was kind enough to give me a new encore to drive.

Service Assistant Brook made my appointment over the phone for oil change and tire rotation for following Tuesday. I dropped my Sierra 1500 off at appointed time and Brook Gave me a curiosity ride back to my next nearby home. Within in 1 1/2 hours Brook had called saying my vehicle was done Washed and waiting for me. I so appreciate this complete service from Bonanders. All their employees take an interest in me and make me feel like a King!
