Easy in and easy out. Very professional staff. One issue. You don’t rotate tires with after market rims in fear your staff will be reckless and damage but you don’t fear that when dealing with OEM rims. That makes zero sense. I could have used a rotation.

After repeated attempts at other dealerships all I wanted to do was to have someone order a truck for me not to try to sell me something on the lot that they already had so I ended up at Bonander GMC in Turlock, Gilbert introduced himself to me and took me across the street to see what you had there was no At4 which is what I wanted I didn't mind waiting for a truck as long as it was spec'd out my way so Gilbert introduced me to Jesse which sat down with me for about an hour and ordered the truck that I wanted, it was everything I expected it to be when it finally arrived Jesse took the time to educate me on all this new technology I want to thank everyone at Bonander GMC thanks again Greg

Everything went well except for the scheduling process. I made an appointment for 9am through the BONANDER email prompt that told me my truck was due an oil change. When I arrived at 850am I was told my appointment was for 10am, completely ruining my day as I had everything planned out.

When it was taking longer for the parts to come in, you guys were amazing and gave me a loaner car so I could still be able to make it to work. My car was there for about a month and a week but not because of you guys because you’re waiting for part went along with the strike. I really appreciate.
