Everything went well just don't think anyone did a inspection on truck before purchase had it in twice now service department does good job. Only got 3000 miles on it in yrar had in the shop twice going get rid of truck soon get something reliable twice take out on trip it has code on it so I'm looking at new Ford. Gmc has failed twice on me in year my 99 chevy very dependable take it everywhere 2027 62 k miles won't go around the block out code showing up no impressed with purchasing truck car again from this establishment bought 4 cars this year have 2 more purchase soon. For my family price Ford my next purchase seems gm lots its quality control standards not impressed with my 2017 stays in driveway parked. Every time drive it cost trip 100 bucks fix it. Very sad. To me

It was a little under average interaction, was not greeted when entered the service office because associate was on the phone. Stood waiting for about 5 min. then the lady helped me. I was there for an oil change. My oil change was completed in about an hour. Honestly if I didn't have to come to a certified GM service place I wouldn't. Customer service is everything to me, and so far Alfred Mathews in Modesto and this place definitely need some customer service training.
