Confirmed Service Customer
At a service appointment an issue was discovered. I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. At the appointment I was told they couldn’t fix it and needed to order parts. They knew what the issue was when it was first discovered. I wasted a day taking it in the second time, now have to schedule a third appointment to actually get it fixed. Of course it is a warranty issue, so it appears there is no sense of urgency in the service dept to get it fixed. Not very good customer service.
