My vehicle was returned with damage, fluid was not topped off after repair. Also, was dirtier than when it was dropped off. Service department has a lack of attention to detail.

The staff was efficient and friendly. They suggested I have the cabin filter changed because it was dirty and I agreed but they didn’t show me the old filter when I picked up the vehicle. Makes me wonder how dirty the filter was.

At a service appointment an issue was discovered. I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. At the appointment I was told they couldn’t fix it and needed to order parts. They knew what the issue was when it was first discovered. I wasted a day taking it in the second time, now have to schedule a third appointment to actually get it fixed. Of course it is a warranty issue, so it appears there is no sense of urgency in the service dept to get it fixed. Not very good customer service.

Easy in and easy out. Very professional staff. One issue. You don’t rotate tires with after market rims in fear your staff will be reckless and damage but you don’t fear that when dealing with OEM rims. That makes zero sense. I could have used a rotation.
